Artist's Description

This panorama was taken from Yosemite's Columbia Rock. The image shows Moran Point, Union Point, Sentinel Rock, Profile Cliff, and the Cathedral Rocks with Yosemite Valley below. I may be incorrect on some of the names, and what is, or is not, seen in the image. But, I tried. Image details: The panorama is a HDR image. Each HDR segment of the panorama was compiled from 6 frames (1/2sec. - 1/60sec.), and there are 9 segments that make up the panorama. I used Nik software's HDR Efex to make the HDR's, and then used PTGUI to make the panorama. The image was then adjusted in PSCS5. Images were taken July 16, 2011 between 7:30:12 and 7:33:47pm.
