Artist's Description

This panorama was taken from Leidig Meadow in the Yosemite Valley. The image shows North Dome, Half Dome, Moran Point, Union Point, and Sentinel Point. I may be incorrect on some of the names, and what is, or is not, seen in the image. But, I tried. Image details: The panorama is a HDR image. Each HDR segment of the panorama was compiled from 5 frames (4sec. - 1/4sec.), and there are 13 segments that make up the panorama. I used Nik software's HDR Efex to make the HDR's, and then used PTGUI to make the panorama. The image was then adjusted in PSCS5. Images were taken July 17, 2011 between 5:47:45 and 5:58:14am.
